We ordered a mirror from there and the shop sells just trash for a huge amount of money. The colour of our mirror faded away within a few months and the colour got cracks everywhere. If you pay 650€ for a mirror this is a shame!!!!! We claimed damages and agreed on getting 120€. All Nadine told us - and I mean constantly as we wrote them several times - that they refunded us the money. We didn’t get a refund! They didn’t gave our money and that’s a fraud! It isn’t worth spending your money on such bad quality furniture! We can’t recommend this shop! You pay for nothing! One star is too much for these people who are selling trashy stuff!

I’ve ordered my entire dining room + some from NV gallery and it’s incredible how bad it is. The look is great, and if the item isn’t damaged or lost in transit, it is actually pretty ok. I have ordered: - 1 marble lamp: had to return because it came bended and missing a piece. Took them 3 months to refund me - 4 velvet chairs: arrived ok. Love them - 1 extensible dining table. Wouldn’t extend. Took a few weeks to get a new one. Still have the old one sitting in my house as nobody will come and pick it up. I email daily. The new one came broken again. I had to hire someone to fix it. - 1 bedroom bench: never arrived. Still waiting on refund. It’s been about 2 months since they told me it was lost and resold to someone else and 5 months since I ordered. Still no refund. I have been back and forth with this costumer service lady (no telephones available) for about 6 months. If you want a headache, order from here.

delivery quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. if it’s a brand that want to seem high quality. : not great. Product (metal and glass lamps) was flawed with scratches on the metal and some cylinder shaped pieces had bumps and were uneven. The material was very thin and feels distinctly “cheap”. Not what I expected for above 100€ per lamp, and don’t feel it’s great to have to go through the hassle of a return/resend.

Excellent store, great furniture. Malak was extremely delightful to work with, charming and helpful. However the owner tried to insist that it was impossible to fit the couch we purchased through the window for the delivery process. She even was in the process of drafting the refund. We pushed back and wrote back and forth several emails asking for dimensions of the package, providing dimensions of the window. In the end they agreed to deliver. And it went through without a problem. So I'm not sure why there was so much pushback.

Scam! Pictures on the website are photoshopped and not reflect the real appearance! I ordered the Collector bed and was very excited because of the slick elegant design. An after opening the packages I was impressed by the nice colors and materials. However nowhere on the website text nor pictures it was mentioned that the bed comes with an internal metal frame and what you see online is actually just for views and not made to carry any weight. So instead of standing on 4 beautiful wodden legs the bed has another 6!! metal legs that were not visible anywhere on the website. I'm currently hesitating to send everything back. Although building the bed was very time consuming and the instructions were written very chaotic and useless. Not worth the money and in my opinion fraudulent to not show and describe the product as it is in reality on the website.

The chair is excellent. Very well finished and comfortable. The fabric very pleasant to the touch. Only bad point, it took much longer than the 6 weeks promised to deliver: Order mid-July, delivery mid-Oct.

Finally received my order over three months after placing it. Never received any updates from NV Gallery — I had to call to find out the status of my order on more than one occasion. Placed order in June then was told end August then told end September. Disappointed by the quality. The jade stone of the Stern light fixture is chipped along one edge and corner and there are honing/polishing marks on the surface that look like circular scratches. Not a well made product with no attention to detail.
